This week, grounding will be essential. The first eclipse of 2025 is approaching, marking the start of eclipse season. Venus remains in retrograde, Mercury is about to station, and Neptune is nearing the end of its 14-year journey in Pisces before moving into Aries. These are some of the most powerful and unstable energies of the year—change is already underway.


We are in the final five days of winter’s energy before moving into the transitional phase that surrounds the equinox. However there is no clear boundary—energy is flux always in motion, shifting between states. We are both within the watery winter season and stepping into the new. The earth element can support you this week in grounding as we transition.
