I am a life and well being coach specialising in somatic practices. For over three decades I have enjoyed a diverse career as a coach, speaker, workshop facilitator, course leader, My approach blends coaching with a diverse array of somatic, neural reprogramming and embodiment practices such as yoga, energy medicine, movement, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and energy psychology.
I have extensive experience in various sectors including corporate, education, hospitals, retreats and the general public.
My mission is to support people in cultivating a strong sense of rootedness within themselves, connect with their inner guidance and skilfully navigate life’s challenges whilst building a strong foundation of integrity and joy.
